Des Moines Downtown Farmers' Market 

The Downtown Farmers’ Market is held in Downtown Des Moines’ Historic Court District every Saturday morning, May through October. The Market brings urban and rural communities together, supporting nearly 300 entrepreneurial vendors from 50 counties across the state. Find Madison County Winery at the Farmer's Market from 7 am - noon on select dates!

The Downtown streets will be filled with live music and the smells of fresh, local food when the Downtown Farmers’ Market presented by UnityPoint Health – Des Moines returns for its Opening Day on Saturday, May 7. The Market takes place every Saturday morning from May through October. Hours are 7 a.m. – Noon, with a later start time during October when hours are 8 a.m. – Noon. The Market spans nine city blocks in Downtown Des Moines (DSM) in the Historic Court District: On Court Avenue from Water Street to Fifth Avenue and extending north and south on Second Avenue, Third Street and Fourth Street. The Market is produced by the Greater Des Moines Partnership.

A free event to attend. Come check out all the stops on this year's fall crawl. Multiple stops with multiple vendors, music, kids activities, pumpkins, and so much more at local small businesses! Start your morning at Pammel Park Coffee Co. and make the rounds to all the stops throughout the day. Starts at 9am and runs till 4pm. Various locations host different hours. Passports available to enter into the giveaway at every location. New stops added this year!
